The Pro series uses a mobile frame on which the hot wire is mounted. By using a
mobile wire gantry, we avoid the need to move large blocks of material during the cutting
process. By moving the mobile frame around the stationary block of
material we are able to
achieve a cut quality unseen in other machines. The electronically controlled wire is
connected to our own designed wire tensioner to provide constant tension on the wire
through the repeated heating and cooling cycles encountered during a typical day of use.
Micro-turbine cooling fans mounted to the wire trolleys cool the heated cutting
wire outside of the material. By preventing overheating of the portion of the cutting wire
that is outside of the block, you are assured of achieving outstanding cut quality
the entire length of the cut.
Windows Software Create your design in most standard CAD type programs (such as CorelDraw,
AutoCAD etc).
You can use clipart, logos, scanned & traced images, customer provided artwork, and
any vector (line based) images. Import your design into our Windows software and you're
ready to cut.
Mad Dog Graphix - Clipart Cutting Software
The Mad Dog Graphix software is a
collection of 750 hand drawn images suitable for CNC cutting with
our cutting system. Every design can be scaled larger or
smaller in your design software that supports vector based images
(Such as CorelDraw). This product is included with all computerized
systems!
