Feature: Independent Axis Control
Our Industrial machines incorporate a very unique feature and capability not found on
any competitive
cutters. Without the need for additional machinery, jigs, blocks,
templates or optional accessories, the family of
multi-axis computer controlled cutters can cut tapered shapes and also designs utilizing a different shape at both ends of the cutting wire.
The independent axis control of our machines allows the creation of objects which are either too time or labor intensive to produce by any other means. Each end of the cutting wire is mounted on a belt-driven wire trolley that can move horizontally or vertically independent of the other.
To cut a fluted tapered column; we simply scale down one side of the cutting profile in relation to the other. An 8' tall fluted column, tapered from 18" diameter on one end to 12" on the other, will be finished in less than three minutes!
The capabilities of the cutters opens new business opportunities, improves production and will allow the production of pieces and designs that were impractical until now.
This
process is controlled entirely through our
software!

All cutters have these basic (and unique) features:
 Electronic Controller
All of our cutters are driven by our own electronic Controllers which
are completely designed and built in our own production facility. The Controller
incorporates a built in microprocessor which is software upgradeable. The controller is
built with the capability to drive 5 different motors simultaneously while electronically
regulating the temperature of the cutting wire. Precise control over the temperature is
important to cut quality as different materials, having varying densities, require different
cutting temperatures. By electronically regulating the wire temperature, rather than using
step-down transformers only, you are assured of constant and consistent temperature on the
wire, thus delivering superior cut quality. The sophistication of our controller is one of
the vital components, which set our cutters above other
machines in the market.
Windows Software
All cutters come with our software. Import your design into our software and you're
ready to cut. Our software upgrades are free of charge.
Clipart Cutting
Software
The Mad Dog software is a collection of 750 hand drawn images suitable for cutting
on our equipment. Every design can be scaled larger or smaller in
your design software that supports vector based images (Such as
CorelDraw)
