Software
 Our
software is broken into five modules:
The five modules include: Designer, Cut Manager and Output,
Setup
and Update.
Designer imports HPGL or DXF files
Cut Manager is the heart of working with the advanced features of
the software. Inclusion parameters for specific turntable operations, sequential
filing of profiles to be cut on the turntable, multiple copy selection and job specific
material assignments are configured in Cut Manager.
Output is your complete bi-directional interface with the
cutter. Serial communication ensures that data can be sent to the cutter and
information such as wire location data can be sent back to the computer
screen via the Controller.
The last two modules are very seldom used but we have provided a short explanation.
Setup is the program to setup the parameters of the particular machine being driven (Pro, Industrial, Standard, with or without TurnPro).
Settings in here need only to be set upon initial installation.
Update is a firmware update utility for the EEPROM located in the
Controller. The EEPROM chip (a programmable computer chip) contains software (called
firmware) to run the cutter.

software is a collection of 750 hand drawn images very suitable for cutting
on our cutters. Every design
can be scaled larger or smaller in your design software that supports vector
based images (Such as CorelDraw). This product is included with all
computerized systems! |
